month or so increase your walking speed and to lose weight, increase your waking time to 45 to 60
minutes.
Cycling
Walking can be great fun and very relaxing but if you want to do something
different, try cycling. If you just want a change of cardio workout routine or if you have joint problems,
cycling may well fit the bill. Just remember that you have to maintain a constant pace, just like in walking,
to get maximum benefit. The indoor alternative is the stationary bike, just in case of bad
weather.
Swimming
This exercise is also one of the better cardio workout routines for those who wish
to reduce the impact of exercise on their joints. This cardio workout routine can be done indoors or
outdoors, heated or non heated pool, so there are no excuses. If you have problems swimming, you can try
